God is your sufficiency.

“Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think any thing as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God”
2 Corinthians 3:5(KJV).

From our opening scripture, we see that Paul was able to accomplish all that he did, and was a successful leader, not because he was depending on his own competence, but because he was depending on the ability that comes from God alone.

As a leader in God's house, trust in God's ability to enable you to produce the right results because you have His ability at work in you. The Apostle Paul having this understanding wrote in Philippians 4:13, “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.” In other words, Christ is the one that empowers and enables us to do all that He has called us to do.

This is why Philippians 2:13 says, “For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.”  This means that God is active, efficient and mighty in you, to do all that He has called you to do, bringing Him satisfaction and delight. Praise God.

So, just like the Lord said to Gideon in Judges 6:14, I am saying to you today, “… Go in this thy might …” and “…be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.” Ephesians 6:10(KJV).

CONFESSION
I can do all things through Christ that strengthens me. I declare that God is at work in me both to will and to do of His good pleasure. For I am strengthened with might according to the riches of God's glory by God's Spirit in my inner man. Amen.

DOING THE WORD
Depend on God's ability in you to produce the right results. Also, spend some time searching the scriptures to discover the amplitude of your potential in God.

You are God's selected favorite.

“For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called”
1 Corinthians 1:26(KJV).

God wants to give you a new view of you because He wants to use you. From our opening scripture, He wants you to know that His call upon your life is not because of any qualification you’ve got in your flesh.

The bible says in 1 Corinthians 1:27-29, “But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty; And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are: That no flesh should glory in his presence.”

So, God chose you because He wanted you. You are His selected favorite. The bible says in John 15:16, “Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: …”  In other words, no matter who you are, where you are from or what you have done? When God chooses you, He uses His grace to qualify you for what He has called you to do.

The bible lets us know that Paul the Apostle before he was called of God, persecuted the church and made havoc of it according to Acts 8:3. Inspite of all the wrong things that he did to the body of Christ, God still chose him to be an Apostle to the Gentiles. And then when God needed someone to write the Epistles, he went to Paul, a former murderer of the saints. The Apostle Paul said in his own words in Galatians 1:13-16, “For ye have heard of my conversation in time past in the Jews' religion, how that beyond measure I persecuted the church of God, and wasted it: … But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mother's womb, and called me by his grace, To reveal his Son in me, that I might preach him among the heathen; immediately I conferred not with flesh and blood.”

Know that no matter what you may have done in your past, God still has a plan to use you. Just surrender to Him.

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for choosing me, counting me faithful and qualifying me by your grace to do your will in Jesus Name. Amen.

Ephesians 3:8, 1 Timothy 1:12-16.

DOING THE WORD
Stop looking at all the bad things you have done and say yes to the call of God upon your life today. He chose you because He believes in you, He believes in you because of the future He sees of you.

A Pastor's responsibility.

“…we will give ourselves continually to prayer, and to the ministry of the word.”
Acts 6:4 (KJV).

The Apostles in our opening scripture are showing us the primary responsibility of a minister in the house of God. Every other responsibility that may be carried out by him or that others may want to demand of him is secondary. His primary responsibility is prayer and the ministry of the Word of God. All other responsibilities can be delegated to others.

For instance, if you are a Pastor, at the beginning, you may be the only one responsible for everything in the church. From sweeping the church to prayer and the ministry of the Word of God which is your primary responsibility. But as God increases your influence and the church begins to grow and multiply, you must delegate the other responsibilities to others who you are going to raise as leaders over the people that God has given to you. So, as you continue to raise leaders to take up responsibility, you will be able to focus on your priority which is; prayer and the ministry of the Word. By so doing, your effectiveness and productivity would surely increase.
See Acts 6:1-7.

Some people who are unlearned in these things may be expecting the Pastor of the church to be the only one to visit every member of the church in their homes and then they get offended when he delegates to someone else to attend to their needs because he is busy. They ask in annoyance to know what he is busy doing. Now you know, he is busy with his primary responsibility which is prayer and the ministry of the Word.

This analogy above, is applicable in whatever you do, you must learn the value of developing leaders and delegating to them when the need arises for increased productivity and effectiveness. By developing leaders, you amplify your effectiveness and your productivity will explode to record proportions.

PRAYER
Dear Father, I pray for my Pastor today. I ask that you grant unto him the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of you. In Jesus Name. Amen.

For further study read:
Acts 20:19-21, Romans 1:9, 1 Corinthians 9:16,
1 Timothy 4:13-16.

DOING THE WORD
Encourage your Pastor by helping him to bear the burden by praying the prayer prayed by Epaphras in
Colossians 4:12 for yourself and other members in the church.

Increase your effectiveness.

“Wherefore, brethren, look ye out among you seven men of honest report, full of the Holy Ghost and wisdom, whom we may appoint over this business.”
Acts 6:3(KJV).

From our opening scripture, we see the apostles preparing to delegate to new leaders. Why is it important for us to delegate as leaders? Delegating to the right persons, who possess the right requirements for the business; will in turn increase your leadership effectiveness and productivity.

Leaders who do not delegate appropriately when it is required as a result of growth will experience lots of stress, and they will later begin to become ineffective as leaders. I remember reading a book where it was said that the heart of a 35 years old Pastor was tested and His heart was like the heart of a man who was over 70 years of age. So, if you do not want that to happen to you, learn the value of raising leaders now, so that you can delegate to them when the need  arises.

When you read the book of Numbers 11:14-15(CEV), Moses cried out to God saying, “This job is too much for me. How can I take care of all these people by myself? If this is the way you're going to treat me, just kill me now and end my miserable life!” Do you know what God said when he replied Moses? God instructed him to delegate. In Numbers 11:16-17 (KJV), “And the LORD said unto Moses, Gather unto me seventy men of the elders of Israel, whom thou knowest to be the elders of the people, and officers over them; and bring them unto the tabernacle of the congregation, that they may stand there with thee. And I will come down and talk with thee there: and I will take of the spirit which is upon thee, and will put it upon them; and they shall bear the burden of the people with thee, that thou bear it not thyself alone.” Remember that you cannot do it alone, you need the input of others.

PRAYER
Dear Father, I thank you for I know that you love me. I thank you for I know that you have put the right people on my path, to help me at the right place and at the right time. Also help me to be a source of encouragement and support to others in Jesus Name. Amen.

For further study read:
Exodus 18:25-26, Deuteronomy 1:9-18, Luke 10:1-21.

DOING THE WORD
As a leader look for areas that have been a burden, and let God guide you on how and to whom to delegate to.

Success is not in numbers.

“And Jonathan said to the young man that bare his armour, Come, and let us go over unto the garrison of these uncircumcised: it may be that the LORD will work for us: for there is no restraint to the LORD to save by many or by few.”
1 Samuel 14:6(KJV).

From our opening scripture, we see Jonathan speaking to his armour bearer charging him to come with him to the garrison of the Philistine to battle with them. Why was he confident to take such a daring decision to go and battle with thousands of trained men of the Philistine army? It was because he was conscious of their union with the LORD. This is evident in his words to his armour bearer in the latter part of our opening scripture; he said, “there is no restraint to the LORD to save by many or by few.”

Are you aware that God is with you? The bible says in Psalm 46:1, “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.”  If God who is with you is a very present help, it means that you would never lack help. Are you aware that the word helper means, 'one that is called alongside to help.' The Holy Spirit is with you to advance your progress.

Jesus talking about the Holy Spirit in John 14: 16(GNB) says, “I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Helper, who will stay with you forever.”  Today, that prayer of Jesus has been answered because we now have the Holy Spirit with us as our helper. In other words, the Holy Spirit is with us to help us to fulfill our calling. So, walk with the Holy Spirit and you will surely fulfill your calling.

PRAYER
Dear Father, I thank you for giving me the opportunity to partner with you in the fulfillment of your plans and purpose on the earth. I recognize my union with you, and the divine presence of the Holy Spirit who helps me each day in the fulfillment of your calling for my life. Father, I ask that by the help of your Spirit, I will finish my assignment on earth without reproach in Jesus Name. Amen.

DOING THE WORD
Put no limits to what you can achieve in your partnership with God.

Saturday, 27 October 2012

Be conscious of your union with God.

“The LORD is with thee, thou mighty man of valour.”
Judges 6:12(KJV).

Your union with God is the measure of your potential. It has nothing to do with your family, your up-bringing, or your educational qualification. At least most of the wealthiest men in the world did not all finish their formal education. Bill Gates was a college dropout, Mark Zukerburg was a dropout, and Steve Jobs was a dropout. All of these men went ahead and became successful in their profession and they were not saved. How much more you that are saved.

Your union with God is the measure of your potential. In our opening scripture, the angel called Gideon a mighty man of valour. Why? It was because God was with him. He did not know he was a mighty man of valour, until the angel told him who he was because of his union with God.

I want you to know also that you are a mighty man of valour. That is your potential because of your union with God. He wants to accomplish great feats through your life. All you need to do is to accept His testimony of you and face all your challenges with that understanding. You are a mighty man of power because of your union with God. This was the foundation of the success of Gideon's leadership as a Judge of the children of Israel.

Therefore, if you are going to be successful as a leader, you must always be conscious of your union with God. He said in Hebrews 13:5(WNT), “…for God Himself has said, "I WILL NEVER, NEVER LET GO YOUR HAND: I WILL NEVER NEVER FORSAKE YOU."  In Matthew 28:20(WNT), Jesus said, “… remember, I am with you always, day by day, until the Close of the Age."  Live your life each day with this consciousness that God is always with you.

CONFESSION
I am not alone. God is with me. I am united together with Christ in God. God is with me everyday. God will never leave me nor forsake me, so I can boldly say; the Lord is my helper, I will not fear what man shall do unto me. God has made me a mighty man of valour, therefore, nothing can stand against me successfully. Thank you Father because I have victory on every side because of my union with you. Amen.

DOING THE WORD
Live with the consciousness of your union God to accomplish great things.

God needs you 2.

“And I sought for a man …”
 Ezekiel 22:30(KJV).

When God calls you, answer the call, because the destiny of many people out there is dependent on you answering your call. For instance, R.W Shambach was restored to Christ in an Oral Roberts meeting. What would have happened if Oral Roberts never answered his call? Maybe there would have been no R.W Shambach today. Now think about the numerous people around the world who have been saved and healed by the ministry of R.W Shambach. Those people may have continued in their darkness and their oppression if he was not saved.

Do you know that Jesse Duplantis got saved while watching Billy Graham on television? If Billy Graham never got on television, maybe Jesse Duplantis who has also blessed so many with his ministry around the world would not have been saved.

This is why we do the things we do. Someone may be wondering and ask, “Why are you on television? Someone's life depends on it for their salvation. So, as people get saved, all those who partnered with us will also be a part of the reward for all the souls that will be saved, and more so, they will be a part of the reward of that individual that got saved because they made it possible for him to be saved.

So, you can see from the illustrations above that your obedience to God's instructions and His call upon your life; have a far reaching effect in the lives and destiny of others.

PRAYER
Dear Father, I thank you for the privilege of been called and used by you to be a blessing and to alter the destinies of many people out there for you. I ask that many more should be saved and transformed through my life and my involvement and partnership in the gospel. In Jesus Name. Amen.

For further study read:
Genesis 18:18, Psalm 71:8, Psalm 106:23, John 15:16, Ephesians 2:10.

DOING THE WORD
Today, I want you to think of what you are going to do to make a difference in our world, and start doing it.

Tuesday, 23 October 2012

Be an answer to prayer.

“In those days there was no king in Israel, but every man did that which was right in his own eyes.”
 Judges 17:6(KJV).

Leadership is always the problem and leadership is always the solution. Why? It is because everything rises and falls on leadership.

From our opening scripture, we see that because of the absence of a King in Israel, the people did whatever was right in their eyes. In other words, because there was no clear leader over the people, they lacked guidance.

Leaders determine the direction of the group. So, when God wants to change a nation, He sends a leader. Why does He do that? It is because every call is an answer to prayer. In Judges 3:15, the bible says, “But when the children of Israel cried unto the LORD, the LORD raised them up a deliverer” So, God rose up a deliverer for His people because they cried up to Him in prayer.

It is one thing to have an answer to prayer; it is a greater thing to be an answer to prayer. There are women praying for their husbands to be saved. There are husbands praying for their wives and children to be saved. You can be an answer to their prayer by rising up to take up the responsibility of soul winning. Also, partnering with us as we reach out to our world with the gospel is a way of participating in the responsibility of soul winning. This is because when that man, woman, boy, girl who someone has been praying for their salvation gets saved through any of the means through which we are reaching out to our world with the gospel, God has at that point made you an answer to prayer because you were a part of it. It is a greater testimony. Think about it.

PRAYER
Dear Father, I thank you for saving me and giving me the ministry of reconciliation so that I can be an answer to prayer. I know that the only way our nation can really be transformed is by the gospel. Therefore, I ask that as I reach out to my world with the gospel today, their hearts are receptive to the message, and the blindness in their hearts is taken away in Jesus Name. Amen.

 2 Corinthians 5:17-20, Acts 26:17-18.

DOING THE WORD
Reach out to someone around you with the gospel today.

God's wisdom is in your mouth.

“For _I_ will give to you* a mouth and wisdom which all the ones opposing you* will not be able to refute nor to resist.”
 Luke 21:15(ALT).

Three days ago, I told you of how I was brought before a school panel that was set up to interrogate me because of the success of our campus fellowship on their campus. On another occasion, I was called again by another panel set up by the school after my graduation to ask me questions concerning our campus fellowship. This is because they were wondering how we were able to train so much leaders than their own campus fellowship. When they called me this time, one of the questions they asked me was, “Why does your campus fellowship have a name?” and I said, “A name defines a vision.” They kept on asking me other questions and they continued jotting down my answers. Finally, one of them a PhD holder spoke up and said, “You can never catch this young man in his words, let him go.” Then, I stood up and left.

This panel of enlightened minds that was constituted to ask me questions could not refute or resist the wisdom with which I spoke. It got to a point that they stopped interrogating me and they now decided to ask me to tell them how to run the school. Why? They knew that when the answers were coming, it was evident to them that God was with me. They didn't ask me to tell them how to run the school because I was an old man with grey hair. No! It was because they knew I had the wisdom of God.

They tried to catch Jesus in His words too, but they always failed, and that Christ is in you. So, who are those that are trying to embarrass you and catch you in your words? Rely on the Word of God. He says in Luke 21:15(KJV), “For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries shall not be able to gainsay nor resist.”

PRAYER
Dear Father, I thank you for you have given me a mouth and a wisdom, which all my adversaries will not be able to gain say nor resist. I thank you for I have a sound mind, mental sagacity that surpasses all human intelligence. In Jesus Name. Amen.

For further study read:

DOING THE WORD
Do not fear your adversaries, but expect the word of God to be in your mouth whenever you are confronted and they will not be able to gain say nor resist.

Answer your call

“Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.”
Jeremiah 1:5(KJV).

There are some of you reading this devotional right now, you know you have a call into the ministry, but you are resisting it, presently, many things in your hands are not turning right. You have been trying to adjust the plan to fit you, but the Lord says to you today, “Are you wiser than I, didn't I create you, didn't I make you for my purpose. I know why I made you and my plan is far better than yours. If only you will yield to me says God, all that you have been praying and believing for I will put in your hands.”

It is important that you listen to the voice of the Spirit to you today, and retrace your steps back to the call that God has for your life. As long as you stay outside of your call, you will not experience the fullness of the blessings that God has for your life.

Continual resistance of God's call over your life can expose you to the enemy because you are in disobedience. David said in Psalm 119:67, “Before I was afflicted I went astray: but now have I kept thy word.”  Therefore, as you repent today and make the necessary adjustments to do the will of God for your life, all that you have been praying and believing for will be put into your hands by God.

PRAYER
Dear Father, I surrender my will and my heart to do your will for my life. I say yes to God's call for my life. I submit myself in obedience to your will and your way from this day forward, and even as I do I thank you for the heavens are opened over my life and your grace is sufficient for me. In Jesus Name. Amen.

DOING THE WORD
Say yes to God's call on your life today.

Saturday, 20 October 2012

Don't become discouraged.

“I will climb my watchtower and wait to see what the LORD will tell me to say and what answer he will give to my complaint. The LORD gave me this answer: "Write down clearly on tablets what I reveal to you, so that it can be read at a glance. Put it in writing, because it is not yet time for it to come true. But the time is coming quickly, and what I show you will come true. It may seem slow in coming, but wait for it; it will certainly take place, and it will not be delayed.”
Habakkuk 2:1-3(GNB).

If you are feeling discouraged and thinking of giving up on the visions that God has shown to you concerning your future, God has a word for you today.
He says to you;“If you will be faithful with little things that I entrust into your hands and learn to do things my way, I will begin to increase your influence little by little, little by little, until I show you forth to the world as the man or the woman that was raised by my Spirit says God.”

Remain faithful where you are and in that which He has called you to do. The bible says in Galatians 6:9(ALT), “Now let us not become discouraged [or, weary] in the doing of good, for at the proper time we will reap, not being discouraged [or, if we do not get discouraged].”
“You may say, “Lord I have been in preparation, I've been waiting. When will my time come?” You've been asking me again and again. Yes, your waiting is not in vain for I am preparing you for the great things I have in store for you. Yes, the future I have in store for you is far greater than you can imagine. Yes, keep preparing, keep preparing, keep preparing says the Spirit of God.”

Therefore, be encouraged by the word of God to you today, because your preparation is not in vain. Remember this saying, “Preparation time is never wasted time.”

CONFESSION
Father, I hold on to your word to me above my feelings and every contrary evidence that I see around me. I know that every word that has gone out of Your mouth would not return unto You void, but it shall accomplish that to which You sent it. Therefore, I am certain that the visions and the prophesies You have given to me would all come through speedily in their season. I receive grace to remain faithful in this season of preparation. Amen.

DOING THE WORD
Remain faithful in that which God has called you to do.

God is with you 2.

“… and I will be with thy mouth … and will teach you what ye shall do.”
Exodus 4:15(KJV).

From our opening scripture, the bible lets us know that we are not alone. God is always with us. He is with your mouth, and He will also teach you what to do. Walk with this understanding, and it will give you confidence in your personal life.

For example, let us assume that you went for an interview, don't be intimidate when you see all the faces of those who want to interview you. The bible says in Jeremiah 1:8, “Be not afraid of their faces: for I am with thee to deliver thee, saith the LORD.”  Therefore, walk in there confidently knowing that you are God's man and God's woman. Refuse to fear. Yes, prepare yourself for the interview, but you know that your faith is not in your preparation but in God. So, as you go in for that interview know that God will teach you what to say and what to do.

I remember there was a time I was faced with a panel of persons from a school concerning our campus fellowship at that time. They wanted to know why people were joining our fellowship the way they did especially people from secret cults. So, I was called to be asked some questions before this panel; comprising of two Deans of that institution and some other persons. When I opened my mouth to begin to answer their questions, these ones who were supposed to interrogate me, began to take notes from what I was saying, and they were not able to resist the mouth and the wisdom with which I spoke.

God can do the same for you and with you, if only you will learn to live with this understanding.

PROPHECY
“For in these days, I am raising men and women that will bring my counsel and my wisdom to the peoples of this world. They will come with solution in their mouth. Yes, my Spirit and my anointing will guide them step by step until they rise to places of influence in this country. Watch me says God, I will begin to station people and position them in positions of influence and authority by my Spirit. Says the Spirit of God”.

DOING THE WORD
Rejoice for your time of promotion has come. Spend some time praising and thanking God throughout today because God is setting you up for promotion.

Thursday, 18 October 2012

God is with you 1.

“Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.”
Matthew 28:19-20(KJV).

When Jesus was sending forth his apostles before His ascension into heaven, He made them certain of one thing. He told them, “I'll be with you as you do this, day after day after day, right up to the end of the age."  Matthew 28:20(MSG).

You also must become conscious that God is always with you even as you do His work or carry out any other leadership responsibility committed to you because you are connected with Him. He will be with your mouth when you speak. He will help you make the right decisions always as you trust and follow His leadership.

Your link with God affects every area of your life. In Exodus 4:12, God said to Moses, “Now therefore go, and I will be with thy mouth, and teach thee what thou shalt say.”  Therefore, if God can teach you what to say, He can also teach you how to do what you do as a leader in a more excellent way in such a way that you will be ahead of all rivals and competitors in what you do. That is what He did for Moses. The bible says in Exodus 4:15, “… I will be with thy mouth, and with his mouth, and will teach you what ye shall do.”

If God did that for Moses in his leadership, and God is no respecter of persons (Acts 10:34), it also means that He will do the same for you by teaching you what to do. The bible says in Philippians 2:13 “For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.”  Praise God.

PRAYER
Dear Father, I thank you for your everlasting presence that is always with me. I thank you for your Spirit that teaches me what to say and do. Thank you Father for you are at work in me both to will and to do of your good pleasure. In Jesus Name. Amen

DOING THE WORD
Be God conscious today, and learn to live with confidence, knowing that God is with you throughout the day. More so, remember that we are all leaders in one form or another because we influence people.

He knew your limitations.

“Moses replied, "I have never been a good speaker. I wasn't one before you spoke to me, and I'm not one now. I am slow at speaking, and I can never think of what to say."
Exodus 4:10(CEV).

From our opening scripture, we see Moses complaining to God that he was not eloquent. In other words, he was conscious of his weaknesses.

As a leader, you must understand that you cannot lead well when you are constantly meditating on your mistakes and your inadequacies. For example, I know that there may be someone reading this devotional right now that may have been given a leadership position before, but you pulled back from it because you felt just like Moses in our opening scripture. You asked yourself that familiar question, “who am I.” You said to yourself, “I cannot do this, I am not eloquent, I cannot preach like Pastor.” I told someone to preach one time and he said, “I cannot preach like you.”

As a leader, you do not have to try to be like somebody else. Be the you in you, that is what counts. Your success as a leader does not come from trying to look like another leader, or trying to talk like someone else. God has made you unique for your calling. But if you meditate on your inadequacies, the more fearful you will be to lead.

Understand that before God chose you, He knew your limitations. Then He chose you so that He can help you become what you were born to be. For instance, when God chose me, I was a fearful lad; I could not stand before a crowd. So, you may look at yourself and say, “I am not eloquent.” But I want you to read God's answer to Moses in Exodus 3:11-12(CEV), “But the LORD answered, "Who makes people able to speak …? Who gives them sight …? Don't you know that I am the one who does these things? Now go! When you speak, I will be with you and give you the words to say."

CONFESSION
Dear Father, your decision to choose me inspite of all my previous weaknesses has humbled me; your grace that you have lavished on me has enabled me. Today, I step out into my world with confidence knowing that He that is in me is greater than He that is in the world. Amen.

A new view of you 2.

“… Jesus took one look up and said, "You're John's son, Simon? From now on your name is Cephas" (or Peter, which means "Rock").”
John 1:42(MSG)

Before God used any man, He first gave them a new view of themselves before He sends them.
There was a man by the name Simon in the scriptures. Simon means, reed, unstable, unpredictable, impetuous, thoughtless, and impulsive. When Jesus came into His life, Jesus said to him in Matthew 16:18, “… thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.”  Why did Jesus have to do that? It is because; you cannot lead without a new self concept. You can also see this in the story of Gideon in Judges 6:12-16.

Many years ago, God spoke to me and He said, “Dominion begins with a proper self concept.” You cannot lead without knowing who you are. I know who I am according to the Word of God, and I also know who I am according to my assignment. I know who I am; I am a generational leader. I am an Apostle. Yes, I am a Pastor; and to be a Pastor means you are a shepherd. It is important that you also know that Apostles are shepherds. Peter was an Apostle and if you read 1 Peter 5:1, you would discover that Peter was also a shepherd; it means the feeder of the sheep.

The word apostle is from the Greek word ‘apostolos’ which means a sent one, one sent with a commission, an ambassador of the gospel, or one sent with a message or a special assignment. That is why I said I am an Apostle, because God has sent me with the message of this new life, to open men's eyes, to turn them from darkness to light, from the power of satan unto God, that they may receive the forgiveness of sins and to bring them into their inheritance in Christ.

Do you know who you are? If you don't, it is important you find out from God before you get into leadership. But if you are already in leadership and you do not know who you are, you can get that knowledge from God so that you can lead with the proper self concept.

CONFESSION
Dear Father, I thank you for saving me and giving me a new self concept. I declare that I am a new creature. I am a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a peculiar person, to show forth the praises of God, who has called me out of darkness into His marvelous light. Amen.

A new view of you 1.

“Then said I, Ah, Lord GOD! behold, I cannot speak: for I am a child. But the LORD said unto me, Say not, I am a child: for thou shalt go to all that I shall send thee, and whatsoever I command thee thou shalt speak. Be not afraid of their faces: for I am with thee to deliver thee, saith the LORD.”
Jeremiah 1:6-8.(KJV).

When you have a new view of you, it is then you will be able to inspire others. How can you inspire others to follow you when you don't believe in the potentials for greatness that God has put inside of you?

As a leader, you must have a self awareness. For example Jesus our ultimate example said in John 8:14, “… Though I bear record of myself, yet my record is true: for I know whence I came, and whither I go;…”  Jesus from what we understand from His words in the verse we just read knew from where He was from and He knew where He was going. He was not insecure. That is why He is acclaimed the greatest leader that ever lived.

As a leader, do you know where you are going? Do you have a vision? If you don't have a vision as a leader, you would not have a destination, and if you do not have a destination you would not be motivated, and if you are not motivated, you definitely would not be able to motivate or inspire others to follow you.

Jesus knew who he was. In John 8:12, Jesus said, “I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.” He knew who He was. That was why He was able to say confidently in John 14:6, “I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.”  He knew who He was and He showed them the destination of everyone who follows Him.

Therefore, just like Jesus, we ought to have a good self awareness; knowing who we are and what we have been called to do, if we are going to be successful.

CONFESSION
I declare that I am who God says I am. I am the light of the world, a city that is set on hill that cannot be hidden. I am God's point of contact to my world, declaring God's love plan to those I come in contact with. I do not walk in darkness, I walk in light because I follow Christ. Amen.

Who are you?

“Come now therefore, and I will send thee unto Pharaoh, that thou mayest bring forth my people the children of Israel out of Egypt. And Moses said unto God, Who am I, that I should go unto Pharaoh, and that I should bring forth the children of Israel out of Egypt?
Exodus 3:10-11(KJV).

From our opening scripture, we see that when God told Moses to go to Egypt and deliver the children of Israel out of Egypt, he asked, who am I? This question revealed his insecurities. If you are insecure as a leader, and if you have identity crisis as a leader, you cannot be a good leader. Why? Because you will be easily manipulated and intimidated.

Moses was called by God to go to the King of the strongest nation on earth at that time. So, when he thought about the authority that Pharaoh had, he asked God, “Who am I?” Why did he ask that question?  It is because, he saw himself as just an ordinary shepherd and not as the deliverer that God has called him to be. He did not know that his identity was going to change the moment he answers God's call. Same thing with you, if God has called you to be a leader, do not begin to consider your insecurities and weaknesses. No! The moment you say yes to the call of God for your life, you are no longer just that weak small you that you think you are, you become God's man, and He placed you in that position of leadership to do His will. When you have such knowledge and understanding, you will lose all your insecurities because you will see yourself only as God sees you.

Eleanor Roosevelt echoed this statement, saying, “No man can make you feel inferior without your consent.” So, if somebody is despising you, it is because you allowed it. That is why Paul told Timothy in 1 Timothy 4:12(GNB), “Do not let anyone look down on you because you are young, but be an example for the believers in your speech, your conduct, your love, faith, and purity.”

PRAYER
Dear Father, I say yes to your call upon my life today. I receive grace to always do your will in every position of leadership that is committed to my trust. In Jesus Name. Amen.

Speak creative words.

“A man hath joy by the answer of his mouth: and a word spoken in due season, how good is it!”
Proverbs 15:23(KJV).

One word you tell someone can change their lives. One word you tell someone can lead to them committing suicide. One of the most beautiful women I have ever seen in my life on television said that because of the words she was told as a little child, she never knew she was beautiful, so she use to cut herself every night until she will be bleeding because she hated herself.

It matters what you say to a little child as they are growing up. If you call them the wrong names and make them feel worthless, you may just be destroying the destiny of that child. This is because psychologists tell us that the mind of a child is blank, so he or she receives the words you say as the truth about who they are, and if those words you said are negative, you may just destroy their self esteem and potential for greatness.

Every day I thank God for my mother. Everything I am today apart from God and the books I have read is because of my mother and my father. They had such positive influence over my life. So, what are you going to do with the influence you have over the life of your child, or that boy and that girl around you? Use your words to put them on the path of success and greatness. Don't talk them down. Use your words to shape their lives for greatness.

PRAYER
Dear Father, I thank you for you have given me the tongue of the learned to know how to speak a word in season to him who is weary at all times in Jesus Name. Amen.

Produce a positive effect.

“And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.”
Colossians 3:17(KJV).

Whatever you do would either have a positive effect or a negative effect in the lives of those that are under your leadership. If you do the right things and speak the right words, you would produce a positive effect, but if you do the wrong things and speak the wrong words, you would produce a negative effect. And remember that both would have a far more reaching effect than you can estimate.

I remember a boy that was told, “Go to hell” by his mother. So, he went out of the house to a friend's house, took a gun and shot himself on the head with it, and he died. That action was triggered by that simple word that was said by his mother. Those words that you are saying to your children, and over all those that are under your authority matters. If you have been saying the wrong words over their lives, you need to repent and start saying only the right words over their lives, and it will surely have a far more reaching effect than you can estimate.

As parents your words and your deeds influence your children, and the words you tell them can go a long way to shape or reshape their destinies. As teachers, you influence your students; your words can also shape their destinies. It has a far reaching effect in their lives.

Think of Lester Calvin Brown, who was told by his family members and those around him that he was mentally retarded. He believed it and lived with that mindset until an Algebra teacher, Mr. Washington, said to him, “Don't allow someone's opinion of you become your reality.” And today, Lester Calvin Brown has influenced so many people and motivated them to great heights. That was made possible because of the words of his teacher, Mr. Washington, which gave him a new view of himself. Your words can make the difference today in some body's life.

PRAYER
Dear Father I ask that my words today be anointed to heal the broken hearted. May my words be seasoned with grace and be uplifting to everyone that will hear me today in Jesus Name. Amen.

Remain faithful

“He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much: and he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much.”
Luke 16:10(KJV).

Please don't trivialize your present assignment. It does not matter if it is to two or three people you are leading, do not trivialize it. You are there for a reason.

A dear man of God, Pastor Willy George was preaching on television, and he never received a call for about a year. So, he decided to get off television, and he started producing movies for children. Then, it happened that a little girl who has been watching his movies was kidnaped by a man who kidnaps children, molest them and dismembers their bodies afterwards.

This murderer, in order to kidnap the girl put up a false identity and came to their house. He knocked on their door claiming to be an uncle; he took the girl and drove her off town. In the process, she got to know that he was not her uncle and he was acting strange. Then she remembered what she watched in one of the Christian movies produced by Pastor Willy George, and she said to the murderer, “In the Name of Jesus, take me back home.” The man suddenly turned around, drove her back home, she came down, and he zoomed off. The police and all those who knew about the activities of this kidnapper and murderer were all surprised and wondered how he left her unharmed. Then, the girl said that it was because of what she learnt in Pastor Willy George's Show.

So, be encouraged and know that your present assignment has a far more reaching effect than you can estimate. Keep on doing what you are doing because as you do, someone is being blessed, influenced and positioned to make a big difference some day.

PRAYER
Dear Father, I ask that you open my eyes to see and my heart to understand the value you place in even the least service I render in the house of God. Thank you Father for I receive grace to remain faithful in that which you have called me to do. In Jesus Name. Amen.

Romans 12:5-11.

DOING THE WORD
Carry out your responsibility with a new sense of worth and fervency, knowing that you are modeling someone's life for Christ.

You words have influence.

“From the very beginning, I told what would happen long before it took place ...”
Isaiah 46:10(CEV)

I remember the story of President Richard Nixon of America. He said one morning, his mother was reading the bible and she turned to him and said, “One day in your life, Israel may be in trouble. When they are in trouble, do what you can to help them.” When she made that statement, she never knew that her son would become the president of the United States of America.

During the time he was president of the United States of America, Israel was in a war and they were surrounded by Muslim nations and the Israeli Prime Minister who was a woman at that time was so scared she didn't know what to do. For Israel was surrounded by these vicious armies who were one way or the other financed by some other powerful nations. So, she was faced with the challenge of not knowing how she was going to fight these armies. So, she called the President of America, who  said, “when she called, her voice sounded like my mother's voice and I remembered what my mother told me as a child; that one day Israel would need my help, and that I should do what I can to help them.” At that moment, he gave a presidential order that all the military equipment that Israel needs, should be delivered to them immediately. And Israel was able to win that war. It was made possible by the initial influence of a mother.

Your influence has a far more reaching effect than you know, so don't look down on yourself that you are just a teacher, or a children's church teacher, or just a mother. No. you have the

ability to influence the destinies of future generations by the positive impact you are able to make in the life of that young child today. So, don't trivialize your present assignment. Do you know that Mikhail Gorbachev’s mother also influenced him to dissolve the Soviet Union? Your influence counts. Use it wisely.

PRAYER
Dear Father, I ask that whenever I speak to those under my influence may the words you put in my mouth frame their lives in line with your destiny for them. In Jesus Name. Amen.

The Renaissance effect.

“So mightily grew the word of God and prevailed.”
Acts 19:20(KJV).

God has called us as a ministry, “To take the love of God, the Word of God and the healing power of God to every individual, to every home, to every city, to every nation, to every continent every day, through every available means.” That is our vision. Therefore, our mission is, “To reach every individual in this world with the gospel, in order to raise fully functioning followers of Christ in every nation.

What does God want us to achieve with our calling? What is our destination? “To raise a people who are like Jesus.” A people who can fully express the character of Christ wherever they find themselves. That is why we are reaching out with the message God has given to us every day, on radio, television, the internet, with our daily devotional, etc. By the grace of God, souls are being saved, healed and transformed on a daily basis through this ministry.

Early last year, I got a call from Gabon, and the young man said, he listened to my broadcast while he was in Nigeria and he has been richly blessed by it. He is from the eastern part of Nigeria. So, he called asking me to pray for him and keep him in my prayers. We've received calls from persons who have lost all hope and were just about to commit suicide when they heard the message on radio. Then they called in, told us about it and they received salvation. Just think about the numerous people we are reaching everyday by what we do.

By the grace of God, our members have become ambassadors of this commission. For example, we have one of our members who went to school in Cyprus; he took with him our messages on CD's and through it so many believers there on that campus were blessed by those messages. He became one of the leaders of the Christian fellowships in Cyprus.

I thank God that we are making a difference, more than we could ever know. So, as a leader out there, carry out that vision and dream that God has given to you faithfully with a perfect heart, knowing that as you do you are contributing your own effect which is a part of a bigger dream and  that God has for humanity.

PRAYER
Dear Father, I thank you for the glorious things you are doing through your Church today. I ask that you will continue to amplify our impact as we continue to reach out to our world with the gospel of the kingdom. In Jesus Name. Amen.

DOING THE WORD
Pray that the Word of God would spread rapidly all around this nation and around the world using 2 Thessalonians 3:1.

Leadership begins with a vision.

Come now therefore, and I will send thee unto Pharaoh, that thou mayest bring forth my people the children of Israel out of Egypt.”
Exodus 3:10 (KJV).

From our opening scripture, we see that the call of God to Moses was clear. What God wanted him to do, including his destination was clear. As a result of this, we can therefore say that every genuine leader must have a destination in sight.

So, it therefore means that as a leader, you must have a destination. Where are you going? Where are you taking those that are under your authority? Your destination is what you want to see accomplished in their lives as their leader. If you have no destination, then you are not a leader.

Leadership begins with a vision. You must have a vision as a leader. A vision is a revelation of an expected end. A vision can also be defined as a revelation of God's plan and purpose for your life. So, as a leader, you must find out what God's plan and purpose is for your leadership and concerning those you are leading. Remember that the bible says in Proverbs 29:18 that, “Where there is no vision, the people perish:” In other words, if your leadership lacks vision you will fail in your leadership. This is because, everything in life is refined by vision, that is, a clear definite end with a practical step by step process of accomplishing it.

PRAYER
Dear Father, I thank you for I am filled with the knowledge of your will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding concerning every area of my life and leadership. In Jesus Name. Amen.

You are the light of the world.

“As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.”
 John 9:5(KJV).

Jesus was the one who made that declaration when He was still here in the earth. But today where is he? The bible says in Romans 8:34 that Jesus is “even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.”   Now that Jesus is at the right hand of God, who is the light of the world today? It is you and I. Praise God.

In Matthew 5:14, Jesus said to His disciples, “Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.” Then in verse 16 of Matthew 5 Jesus said, “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.”

So if darkness is prevailing in our world today, who are we to blame? You are responsible for what is happening in Nigeria. You may want to argue and say, “No Pastor it is not me, I don't hold a political office.” You don't have to hold a political office. Have you prayed for Nigeria today? You can change things through prayer. Pray for the nation everyday instead of complaining. That is where you must begin because the state of a nation is a reflection of the prayer life of the Church. When you pray for the nation, pray with all your heart, and expect to see that which you have asked manifested in our nation.

After you have prayed for the nation, keep your confessions in line with your prayer. And then begin to practice and live out the change you want to see in the nation. Live your life with integrity and truth and let the change begin with you.

Nigeria is made up of individuals. The state of the nation is the sum of the collective behaviours of the individuals in every nation. If you want change, then let it start with you.

In Ephesians 5:8-11(CEV) the bible says, “You used to be like people living in the dark, but now you are people of the light because you belong to the Lord. So act like people of the light and make your light shine. Be good and honest and truthful, as you try to please the Lord. Don't take part in doing those worthless things that are done in the dark. Instead, show how wrong they are.”

PRAYER
Thank you Father for making me the light of the world. I ask that as this light shines in the darkness through my character, my works for you and the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ, may every form of darkness in this world be overcome by the light in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ and may every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord to the glory of God the Father. Amen.

Faith overcomes this world.

“For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.”
1 John 5:4(KJV)

From our opening scripture, we can see that we already have in us the ability to succeed. There is no more failure in us. To overcome the world means, 'to get the victory over the world.' So, as children of God, we are already victorious over the world.

To overcome the world also means, 'to subdue the world.' That means you can subdue your world as a child of God. When you look at the negative situation in the country, in your state or even in your street. You make your declaration as a world overcomer and say, “I am going to change this.” Someone else may hear you say that and then ask, “What change can you bring?” They do not understand that leadership begins with a sense of responsibility. Leaders initiate change.

So, how can you bring a change. First by praying. When you hear a negative report, your first reaction should be to pray. Secondly, live honestly and expose the deeds of evil around you. Don't be a party to corruption and wickedness. If you are not born again, get born again; make Jesus your Lord and personal savior. And if you were born again and you have been living in sin and darkness, it is time to repent. Romans 13:12(DRB) says, “The night is passed And the day is at hand. Let us, therefore cast off the works of darkness and put on the armor of light.” Then Romans 13:13-14(ISV) says, “Let us behave decently, as people who live in the light of day. No wild
parties, drunkenness, sexual immorality, promiscuity, rivalry, or jealousy! Instead, clothe yourselves with the Lord Jesus Christ, and do not obey your flesh and its desires.”

Thirdly, preach the gospel. Pass this message to those out there who have not heard it. Let them know that God loves them and He is willing to accept them unconditionally if only they will come to Him for salvation. He will save them and make them champions of positive change in our world today. Fourthly, join us as we continue to preach the gospel through every available means, until every sphere of society reflects the character of the kingdom of God.

PRAYER
Dear Father today I repent and forsake every form of compromise in my life. I choose the way of the Lord and to walk according to the gospel of Jesus Christ and His will in Jesus Name. Amen.

Adequate leadership.

“And in those days, when the number of the disciples was multiplied, there arose a murmuring of the Grecians against the Hebrews, because their widows were neglected in the daily ministration.”
Acts 6:1 (KJV).

Whenever there is the problem of neglect in any organization, it is because of the absence of adequate leadership, just as we see the Grecian widows been neglected in the daily ministration from our opening scripture. Therefore, we must continue to raise leaders who will take care of the areas of neglect and reach out to those who feel neglected. For instance, we must raise leaders to reach out to those who feel neglected in the Church, so that these neglected individuals can then be adequately fed with the Word of God and be well brought up spiritually.

This also applies to your work place or business. Delegate whatever seems to be neglected by you. More so, delegate whatever has become a distraction from your primary assignment.

In our opening scripture, we also see that murmurings and neglect surfaced in the church because there was a multiplication in the number of disciples. This reveals to us that whenever your influence increases, there will always arise the need for more leaders.
One of the keys to success as a leader and even as an individual is understanding and defining your priorities. The apostles said in verse 2 of Acts chapter 6; “… It is not reason that we should leave the word of God, and serve tables.”
The apostles had to redefine their priorities in other for them to increase their effectiveness. By so doing, they were able to raise more leaders. Why is it important for us to define our priorities?
It is because, without defining your priorities, you cannot make good leadership decisions that will increase your effectiveness.

This is because your priorities are the yardstick you use in making decisions. This is clearly evident in the lives of the apostles as we see in Acts 6:1-2. The moment they defined their priorities, they were able to make decisions that solved the problem of murmurings and neglect.

PRAYER
Dear Father, open my heart to be able to understand my true priorities, and areas in my leadership that needs more attention, so that there will be no area of neglect in my life. In Jesus Name. Amen.

DOING THE WORD

Cultivate excellence.

“It pleased Darius to set over the kingdom an hundred and twenty princes, which should be over the whole kingdom; And over these three presidents; of whom Daniel was first: that the princes might give accounts unto them, and the king should have no damage. Then this Daniel was preferred above the presidents and princes, because an excellent spirit was in him; and the king thought to set him over the whole realm.”
Daniel 6:1-3(KJV).

One of the essence of delegation is to minimize stress. This was why Darius the King in our opening scripture, delegated to an hundred and twenty princes, to be over his kingdom. And he set three presidents over the princes, of whom Daniel was the head because an excellent Spirit was found in him.

Whenever you want to increase your influence, you must increase your standard of excellence. Therefore, the onus is on you as an individual to improve and increase your standard of excellence if you are going to have increased influence. Daniel had influence over all the presidents and princes because an excellent spirit was found in him.

Therefore, I will like to encourage you to work on yourself as an individual, so that as God is picking people for this next phase of His work upon the earth, He will find you worthy. It is also important to know that doing or executing your present assignment with excellence is the key to promotion.

Excellence is doing the best with what you have, wherever you are at any given moment. By so doing, you will be a blessing to your employer and not a burden.
So, even for those of us that God has made leaders in His household, one of our responsibilities is to ensure that the work suffers no loss. This is why we must consistently pray for laborers, and for people to rise with a sincere heart to serve in God's house. As a leader, don't just think about you, but also be concerned about those who God has made you leader over, so that the work suffers no loss.

PRAYER
Dear Father, I ask for a release of the Spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of you. I ask that the seven spirits of God outlined in Isaiah 11:2, will function in my life in their fullness today causing me to walk in excellence in all that have been committed to my trust and in every area of my life. Prepare for your future.

“Prepare thy work without, and make it fit for thyself in the field; and afterwards build thine house.”
Proverbs 24:27(KJV).

You get what you prepare for. You can never rise above the level of your preparation. The proof that you value your future is revealed by how much you prepare for that future.

Preparation is proof of self value. People who value themselves prepare. You prepare in whatever way you have to prepare. It may be by reading, planning or by praying. For instance, there were times I took days to fast and pray for the future because I had such a strong passion to change my world. Today, I am doing it, impacting the world with our message. And we are also preparing to reach more people around the world with our message. I have been preparing for these things many years ago. It has been said that great men don't prepare for an event, they prepare for life.

What about you, what are you going to do with your life? Remember that you have only one chance at life, and what you make of it is what you are going to live with for all of eternity. Your decisions are what determine your outcome in life. Your decisions decide your destiny. That is why I made up my mind early to start preparing. Why? It was because I knew that the quality of my preparation decides the quality of my future.
The essence of learning is not the accumulation of facts, but for intelligent decisions and actions. The bible says, “Who is a wise man and endued with knowledge among you? let him shew out of a good conversation his works with meekness of wisdom. This means that if you are not changing by your knowledge, you are not growing. This is because the evidence of growth is change.

So, the things you will learn in this devotional this month use them to make better decisions, and act wisely.

PRAYER
Dear Father, I thank you for enabling me to make good use of the wisdom and knowledge you have given to me to prepare correctly for my future. In Jesus Name. Amen.

DOING THE WORD
Write out the plan for your life, then write out goals that will help you to fulfill the plan.

Don't waste your life.

“So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom.”
Psalm 90:12(KJV).

There are three phases of your life. 0-30 is your learning years. 30-60 are your giving years and 60-90 are your rewarding years.

When I found out that from 0-30 are my learning years, I started reading. And one day, while I was in the library reading, the librarian came and asked me a question saying, “What is your name?” I told him my name. Then he asked another question, “Why are you always reading?” Then I said, I want to be able to leave so much information for generations to come. He looked at me and said, “What are you talking about?” I replied, “I have one life to live and it must not be wasted.”

You have just one life to live, don't waste it. For instance, someone may say that his goal in life is to build the largest house in Yenagoa. Twenty years from now, that house which he has built as his life goal would not be among the first forty best houses. How do you think he will feel when his life goal has become insignificant?  This reminds me of the story of the man who built one of the first best houses in Benin City many years ago. He will stand in front of his house waving to everybody that passed by, because he had the best house in the city at that time. But today, that house is not remembered.

So, what legacy are you going to live behind, that even in an hundred years to come, you will be remembered for that thing.
For instance, Martin Luther King died on the 4th of April 1968, but he is still been celebrated today by both whites and blacks in America because of the significance of his life. He lived for a vision and that vision inspired follower-ship.

Therefore, live your life with a vision far greater than all selfish human ambition. Martin Luther King said, “the man that has nothing to die for, is not fit to live.” Even Jesus Himself said, “… If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me. For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: but whosoever will lose his life for my sake, the same shall save it.” This shows us that the road to timeless significance demands selfless sacrifice.

PRAYER
Dear Father, I ask that you reveal to me in clear terms your vision for my life. I receive grace from you to help me number my days and apply my heart to your wisdom always in Jesus Name. Amen.

What is Leadership?

“People who were oppressed or in debt or dissatisfied went to him about four hundred men in all, and he became their leader.”
1samuel 22:2 (GNB).

Leadership is the ability to inspire and influence others towards a positive course of action. Secondly leadership is influence
If leadership is influence then you are a leader to some extent because there is somebody you are influencing. Everyone is a steward of influence, because one way or the other you are influencing someone either positively or negatively. Also, the measure of your influence is what decides the extent of your leadership ability.

Leadership is not a title. Leadership is not an office. Leadership is an ability that comes through grace or character. When you are leading without character, people will not agree to follow you. People follow leaders they admire. That is why four hundred men gathered themselves willingly unto David in 1 Samuel 22:2, because they admire him and wanted him to become their leader.
So, how do you become a leader that others will admire? You would have to develop yourself someone more by investing in yourself and developing your potential
One way you can develop yourself as a leader is by getting more knowledge through the study of good leadership materials, like books, etc. Another way you can increase your leadership influence is by becoming more caring, because, we influence those who know we love them or those who believe we love them. Therefore, begin today to develop and learn skill and principles that will make you a person of positive influence.

PRAYER
Dear father, I thank you for you will help me to develop the right skills and principle that will help me become a person of positive influence, even as I take up the responsibility of leadership within my sphere of influence. In Jesus Name.
