Loving God

Loving God.
“Grace (God's undeserved favor) be with all who love our Lord Jesus Christ with undying and incorruptible [love]. Amen (so let it be).”
 Ephesians 6:24(AMP)

Loving God is putting Him first. What you do first is your priority. The difference in people is their routine. The difference in outcomes is their habits. The reason one person makes more progress than another is tied to his habits. Our habits reveal what we do daily. What you do daily determines what you become permanently. Therefore, if you are going to enjoy a lifetime of unbroken favour, there are things that you must do daily. One of such things is to always put God first in everything.

So how do you put God first? The first way to put God first is by putting Him first in your day. Psalm 63:1 says, “O God, thou art my God; early will I seek thee: my soul thirsteth for thee, my flesh longeth for thee in a dry and thirsty land, where no water is;”

Secondly, you must put God first in your finances. Matthew 6:19-21 says, “Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal: For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.” What you do with your money reveals your priorities.

Prayer.
Dear Father, I ask that you cause my love to abound more and more in knowledge and in all judgment, that I may approve things that are excellent and that I may remain sincere and without offence till the day of Christ, in Jesus Name. Amen.

Doing the Word
Schedule your routine in such a way that God comes first in your day. Let God also come first in your finances. The first thing you do when you receive money should be to tithe.
