Faith and healing.
“And he came down with them, and stood in the plain, and the company of his disciples, and a great multitude of people out of all Judaea and Jerusalem, and from the sea coast of Tyre and Sidon, which came to hear him, and to be healed of their diseases;” Luke 6:17
Our opening scripture shows us that Jesus always puts the Word first before ministering to the sick. This is the same principle we follow when we have our healing school or healing meetings; we put the Word of God first so that the faith of the people can be built up for them to be able to receive.
Therefore, whenever you want to pray for the sick, bring them the Word of God first, especially if you want them to have permanent healing. As they receive the Word of God and faith is cultivated in their hearts, they will be able to receive their healing by their faith. Why is this important? It is important because if they receive their healing by faith, they will be able to keep it by faith.
When you receive your miracle or healing by your faith, you cannot lose it. When you receive your healing by corporate faith, then you must build your faith afterwards with the Word of God to be able to keep or sustain your healing. You keep whatever God gives you by your faith. Therefore if you have no faith, it becomes difficult to sustain or keep whatever you received from God. This is why some people loose their healing; it is because they did not build their faith after they got healed.
Confession.
By my faith in the finished works of Jesus Christ, I declare that all that Jesus accomplished for me in His death, burial and resurrection is mine, in Jesus Name. Amen.
