Take Responsibility 2

“So teach us to number our days, that we may apply
our hearts unto wisdom.”

Psalm 90:12.

In continuation of what you started learning
yesterday about taking responsibility, it is important
I tell you about a material I read
many years ago on success. It was said that you will
never be truly successful until you take full
responsibility for where you are. The author spoke
about those who would want to blame their
temperament as the reason they are not successful.
Some others will like to put the blame on the family
they were raised, believing they are where they are
today because they were born in a poor family.
Others may want to put the blame on their spouse.

Inspite of the excuses above, I want you to know
that there are people with a temperament like yours
who have succeeded, there are people who were
born in poor families who have succeeded greatly
in life. Also, there are people in terrible marriages
who became successful as well. This shows that no
matter what your experience is in life,
you can be successful.

Finally today, I want you to know that there is a
statistic that states that eighty percent of the
world's wealthiest men are from poor and average
families. Therefore, if you were born in a poor or
average family, know that you have an eighty
percent chance of becoming one of the wealthiest
in your generation.

Instruction.
Dear Father, teach me to number my days that I
may apply my heart unto wisdom, in Jesus'
Name. Amen.
