“… Whatsoever he saith unto you, do it.”
John 2:5.
Success is the realization of God-given
objectives. So every time you accomplish
something God told you to do, that is success.
Many years ago, I read a book by Charles Stanley
called 'Success God's way.' He said success is
becoming like Jesus. Think about that. T.L. Osborn
also said the same thing, he said success is becoming
like Jesus and helping as many other people become
like Jesus.
Remember we said success is the realization of
God-given objectives. Let me give you a practical
example to explain that. Let's assume this morning
after you woke up, God spoke to you instructing
you to give something to a particular person. As you
obey and give it to the person as He instructed, that
is success. When you start celebrating these little
successes, you'll be happier and more fulfilled in
life.
That was the way Jesus lived His life. He lived His
life intentionally for the realization of God-given
objectives. In John 5:19 Jesus said, “… Verily, verily,
I say unto you, The Son can do nothing of himself,
but what he seeth the Father do: for what things
soever he doeth, these also doeth the Son likewise.”
I encourage you to live your life like Jesus because
the more you reveal Him in your life, the more
successful you are.
Instruction.
Please read Galatians 4:19 and pray that Christ
be formed in you.

Doing the Word
