Align yourself with God’s plan 1.

“Then said I, Lo, I come (in the volume of the book it is written of me,) to do thy will, O God.” Hebrews 10:7(KJV)

All through the Bible, you will see the redemptive message in all the under tones in the books. This is because the Bible is the book that reveals God’s redemptive plan.

That is why you do not see things like Abraham went up to brush and have his bath. The focus of the Bible is on God’s redemptive plan. And if you want to matter with God, it is important you align with God’s redemptive plan. This is because without aligning yourself with God’s redemptive plan, your life will be a wasted life. It will look as though you never lived.

For instance, Abraham in the Bible had a brother, but we do not know much about him because he was not involved with God’s redemptive plan. God’s redemptive plan is the dearest thing to His heart. My question to you today is this, “Are you involved with God’s redemptive plan?” Or are you just going about your own business doing your own thing? Or are you only thinking about how to get married and have children. There is more to life than all of that.

It is only those who have lived in line with God’s redemptive plan that will be celebrated. For instance, the Bible mentioned a man called Methuselah in Genesis 5:21. But we did not have anything to do with Methuselah other than he lived longer than Adam, he lived for nine hundred and sixty nine years almost a thousand years (Genesis 5:27). Yet all we have about him is a calendar of days. This is because he did not live in line with God’s redemptive plan.

But when you read of Noah, he is celebrated in the Bible even till today because he aligned himself with God’s instructions and God’s redemptive plan. Therefore, he cannot be forgotten.

Prayer
Dear Father, teach me to number my days that I may apply my heart unto your wisdom and the fulfillment of your purpose for my life in Jesus Name. Amen.
