You are delivered.
“For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:”
Romans 3:23-24
The blood of Jesus Christ accomplished our redemption. What is redemption? Redemption means the act of delivering by paying a price or by offering a ransom. This means your deliverance was accomplished when Christ died.
When you have a proper understanding of the redemption, you would understand that from the day you got born again, you were completely delivered.
Colossians 1:12-14 say, “Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light: Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son: In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:”
You are already delivered from the power of darkness, and translated into the kingdom of His dear Son from the day you got born again through the blood of Jesus Christ, according to the scriptures.
If you are experiencing any form of oppression, meditate upon this truth in Colossians 1:12-14 until you see yourself in the light of that scripture.
In John 8:32 Jesus said, “And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” There is nothing as powerful as deliverance by truth. This is because anything you gain by truth, you retain permanently. Therefore unless your deliverance is based on truth, it will not last.
Confession.
I give thanks unto the Father of my Lord Jesus Christ, who has made me qualified to be a partaker of the inheritance of the saints in light: In the Name of Jesus I declare that I have been delivered from the power of darkness and translated into the kingdom of Jesus Christ: In whom I have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins. Amen.
