Recover Yourself 1

“He must be gentle in correcting those who oppose the Good News. Maybe God will allow them to change the way they think and act and lead them to know the truth. Then they might come back to their senses and God will free them from the devil's snare so that they can do his will.”

One of the greatest oppositions to your progress is your thinking. I will like to explain this statement to you by the story told by a man of God Happy Caldwell. He spoke about how he was standing by the beach in Hawaii looking at a very lovely mansion, then he said to himself, “I can't see myself living in that kind of house.” He said God replied him instantly saying, “You never will.” Why did God reply that way? God creates the fruit of our lips. So when he said what he said to himself, he became limited by his thoughts and his words.

When you are always thinking small, God will relate with you at that level because, “… as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: …” Proverbs 23:7a. This means that your life right now reflects your current level of thinking. Your income right now reflects your current level of thinking.

Limiting thinking can open you up to demonic opposition and oppression. Therefore, I want you to know that it is time to recover yourself from the oppositions and demonic oppressions you have allowed because of your wrong way of thinking. You can recover yourself today by choosing to think right in line with the Word of God.

Bondage is a house of thoughts. So, it is possible to accommodate demons by thinking limiting thoughts. Hence, the true bondage anyone is experiencing is in their thinking. Recover yourself today by renewing your mind with the Word of God.

Dear Father, I ask that You grant unto me a discerning heart to the acknowledging of the truth always, in Jesus' Name. Amen.
