Covered by grace.
“Behold now, thy servant hath found grace in thy sight, and thou hast magnified thy mercy, which thou hast shewed unto me in saving my life…” Genesis 19:19
Today, you will observe from our opening scripture that wherever there is grace, there is amplified mercy. This means, as a Christian, God will not treat you the way He would treat an unbeliever because His mercy is magnified towards you.
Grace adds value to your life. Therefore, even if judgment was meant to come on everybody, God's grace on you will exempt you from what everybody is suffering. For instance, everybody drowned in the flood in the days of Noah, but Noah with His family, because of grace, was spared. This means that the grace on your life would spare you from what is happening to everybody. So, if everybody around you is experiencing any form of evil, know that the grace upon your life spares you from all evil. Be grace-conscious.
God was going to destroy Sodom and Gommorah but grace brought Lot and his family out. God wanted to destroy the world but grace brought Noah and his family out. That means that the grace on your life would affect your entire household. Therefore, if the grace of God is upon you, know that it not only preserves you, but it has the ability to preserve both you and your family. So, God is willing to bless your family because of you. That is grace.
Prayer.
Dear Father, I thank you because your grace on my life covers me and every member of my household from experiencing any form of evil. No evil shall befall us, neither shall any plague come near our dwelling, in Jesus Name. Amen.
