It's by the Spirit.
“Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of the LORD unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts.”
Zechariah 4:6

Zerubbabel had a responsibility to build the temple. To build the temple required supplies and the willingness of the people. He needed both material and manpower resources.
You may have a dream or a vision that God had given to you. You also require the resources to carry it out. So, how are you going to do it? Our opening scripture is the Word of the Lord to you, “Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts.” When the Lord says not by might, it also means that it is not by numbers. So, stop relying on numbers. Stop relying on those you know because it is not going to be that way. Every dream or vision that God gives you will be impossible without divine help. If the dream or vision you have is from God it will be impossible without His help.
Secondly, it is not by power, which could also refer to your financial connections. You do not need to go and beg people or start looking for the money. God can talk to people and cause them to give to what He has told you to do.
This shows us that the Spirit of God is the master connector in the fulfillment of every God-given dream or vision. Learn to recognize the sufficiency of God's Spirit because He is the one that empowers you to do whatever he calls you to do. Therefore, your capacity is the Holy Spirit.
Confession.
In the Name of Jesus and by the Power of the Holy Spirit, I declare that all that God has called me to do and all He has shown me concerning the future will be accomplished, in the set time for His glory. Amen.
For further study, read:
Luke 1:26-35, Psalm 20:7-8, 2 Corinthians 3:17-18.
Doing the Word:
Schedule and spend time praying in the Spirit until the power of the Spirit comes upon you. Then begin to prophesy to those challenges and they will fall before you.
