The Pareto principle 2

The Pareto principle 2

“Then the twelve called the multitude of the disciples unto them, and said, It is not reason that we should leave the word of God, and serve tables. Wherefore, brethren, look ye out among you seven men of honest report, full of the Holy Ghost and wisdom, whom we may appoint over this business.” Acts 6:2-3

To be successful you must identify your priorities and discern your distractions. When you focus on your priorities you increase your fulfillment. What are your priorities? Your priorities are those things you do that move you faster towards fulfillment of your goals. What are your distractions? Your distractions are those things that minimize your effectiveness.

What are those things that when you do them they seem to make you energetic and fulfilled those are your priorities. Focus on them. Also as you focus on your priorities, delegate other responsibilities to others.

Who should you delegate to? If you are a business person or in the ministry there are certain qualities you must look out for when building your team. The Lord spoke to me saying, “Don't delegate to people who are disorganized. Don't delegate to people who have financial problems.”

This is because one of the tests for success is your ability to manage money effectively. If you can fix the money problem you can fix anything. Don't delegate to someone who borrows a lot because credibility is at stake. When you delegate; at best look out for men of honest report, full of the Holy Ghost and wisdom.

Prayer.
Dear Father, I ask that You expose every fraudulent relationship sabotaging your vision for my life, in Jesus' Name. Amen.
