“I will meditate also of all thy work, and talk of thy
doings.”
Psalm 77:12.
Our opening scripture reveals that what we
think about we talk about. This is because
the Bible says in Matthew 12:34b, “… for
out of the abundance of the heart the mouth
speaketh.”
What you are saying will determine what you get
out of life. This was why the Lord had to tell Joshua
in Joshua 1:8, “This book of the law shall not depart
out of thy mouth …” In other words, God was
instructing Joshua to talk the Word of God. This is
important because the words we speak create the
circumstances of our lives.
Proverbs 23:7 says, “For as he thinketh in his heart,
so is he …” So, you are going to speak what you
think.
Matthew 12:35 says, “A good man out of the good
treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and
an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth
evil things.” Jesus is saying here that the outcomes
of your life are the fruits of your words. So if you do
not like your outcomes, change your words.
If your life is a bad or good life, you created it with
two important things; the content of your mind and
the words of your mouth because every man is an
architect of his own fortune. Therefore, stop
blaming others but start taking those two factors
seriously this year: fill your mind with the Word of
God and intentionally think the right thoughts, also
imagine what you want to see in your life and then
confess them every day and they will come to pass.
