Meditate 1

“Meditate upon these things; give thyself wholly to
them; that thy profiting may appear to all.”
1 Timothy 4:15.


If this year is going to be a profitable year for you,
you must be willing to engage in personal growth
 through habitual meditation

What does it mean to meditate? To meditate means
to roll over in your mind. It is mental
preoccupation. To understand this easily, you need
to know that worry is negative meditation. So, if
you are one of those who think that you do not
know how to meditate, I want you to know that if
you know what it means to be worried, then you
know what it means to meditate.

In meditation, unlike in worrying, you positively
occupy your mind with the Word of God and not
negative thoughts and fears. When you worry, you
think about your problems again and again but
when you meditate, you think about your solution
and what God has said again and again. For
instance, most times before I go out to minister, I
spend time to meditate and you can practice the
same as well. You can meditate on the statement
below as you begin your day, “Christ lives in me
and whatever anointing He has, it is also in me. As I
go out today, the fullest measure of His divine
presence will manifest through me because Christ is
in me.” Think on this as you begin your day and
expect the fullest measure of God's divine presence
to manifest through you wherever you are and
wherever you go today. If you meditate on it, that is
what you will experience.

Instruction.
Please read Ephesians 3:19 (AMP) and ask the
Father to reveal the love of Christ to you so you
can walk in the fullness of God and the richest
measure of the divine presence.

Doing the Word
Meditate on Ephesians 3:19 (AMP), “[That you
may really come] to know [practically, through
experience for yourselves] the love of Christ,
which far surpasses mere knowledge [without
experience]; that you may be filled [through all
your being] unto all the fullness of God [may
have the richest measure of the divine Presence,
and become a body wholly filled and flooded
with God Himself]!”
