“So shall the king greatly desire thy beauty: for he is thy Lord; and worship thou him.”
Psalm 45:11(KJV)
Worship makes you attractive to God. The place of worship is a place of consecration and submission to the Lordship of Jesus. So those who have not truly experienced God, do not truly worship. They may sing with their lips but they don't know what true worship is.
In Psalm 95:7 the Bible says, “But as for me, I will come into thy house in the multitude of thy mercy: and in thy fear will I worship toward thy holy temple.” This reveals to us that when you worship, let your worship be offered to God in reverence. This is why when Jesus appeared to Kenneth E. Hagin, he told him that “reverence has to be restored to the church and His people have to learn to worship.”
In Psalm 66:4-5 the Bible says, “All the earth shall worship thee, and shall sing unto thee; they shall sing to thy name. Selah. Come and see the works of God: he is terrible in his doing toward the children of men.”
