You have dominion 2.

“And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.” 
Genesis 1:26(KJV)

To delegate is to transfer power to someone. It also means to give one the authority to make decisions on your behalf. To delegate also means to empower another to act on your behalf.

Our opening scripture shows us that God has given man delegated authority over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.

The authority that God transferred to man is still in effect till today. This means that you have authority over every fish, every fowl, every cattle, all the earth, and over every thing that creeps upon the earth.
       
Genesis 1:27 says, “So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.” This verse shows us that God made both man and woman in His image. This means that God intended for both man and woman to have dominion over  everything and all the earth.

Therefore, it doesn't matter if you are male or female, refuse to live in fear, whether the fear of animals, or any kind of fear, it is not normal for you to fear. Fear is a dysfunction, it is a function of the fall and it is a curse. So don't walk in fear because you have dominion.

Confession.
 declare that God has not given me the spirit of fear, but of power, of love and of a sound mind, because greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world.
