Get knowledge.

“Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord, According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:”
2 Peter 2:1-3

Knowledge is what governs your spiritual experience. There are certain things that you will not enjoy in Christ until you grow spiritually in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord even though they are your inheritance as a child of God.

Paul speaking to believers in Acts 20:32 said, “And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified.” As you grow in the knowledge of the Word of God, more of your inheritance is given to you, in other words, you are able to enjoy more of your inheritance in Christ. This inheritance has always been yours, but you cannot enjoy them when you do not know them.

In the kingdom of God, you can only receive what you know because knowledge is the gate way to your inheritance. Psalm 82:5-6 says, “They know not, neither will they understand; they walk on in darkness: all the foundations of the earth are out of course. I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High.”

Dear Father, I ask that you grant unto me the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of You, in Jesus' Name. Amen.
