“The Lord was with Joseph, so he succeeded in everything he did as he served in the home of his
Egyptian master. Potiphar noticed this and realized that the Lord was with Joseph, giving him success in everything he did.” Genesis 39:2-3 (NLT)
God wants you to prosper in your career just like Joseph. He was employed as a slave in the house of his master the Egyptian as seen in our opening scripture but he prospered and succeeded in everything he did.
Whatever Joseph did prospered, that means everything that was committed to Joseph was turning out well and as a result Joseph was promoted in his job from being just a slave he became the manager of his master’s house and all he had. That is career prosperity.
“This pleased Potiphar, so he soon made Joseph his personal attendant. He put him in charge of his entire household and everything he owned. From the day Joseph was put in charge of his master's household and property, the Lord began to bless Potiphar's household for Joseph's sake. All his household affairs ran smoothly, and his crops and livestock flourished.” Genesis 39:4-5 (NLT).
Career prosperity will cause you to move from one level to another on your job or business. That is what God wants you to experience also. May His grace rest on you to take you to the next level in your career, in Jesus' Name.
Instruction.
