Stir up productivity 1.

“Let the people praise thee, O God; let all the people praise thee. O let the nations be glad and sing for joy: for thou shalt judge the people righteously, and govern the nations upon earth. Selah. Let the people praise thee, O God; let all the people praise thee. Then shall the earth yield her increase; and God, even our own God, shall bless us.”
Psalm 67:3-6

Our opening scripture shows us that praise increases productivity. When we praise the Lord, the earth shall begin to yield her increase. Therefore, if your business is not doing well, learn to praise.

I heard the story of a young man who started a fish farming business. After some time, some people stole some of his fish. When he discovered it, he called his staff together and they gathered to praise God. In about a year afterwards, a man came from Germany who was the number two man in the fish farming business in Germany. He came to buy produce from this man to spread his fish to the Scandinavian countries and even to Singapore.

This happened because this young man had the right attitude even in the midst of his challenge. He praised God and gave Him gratitude in the midst of unfavourable circumstances, by so doing God elevated his business. Always remember that your praise and your gratitude to God determine your altitude in life.

Dear Father, I thank you because I know according to your Word that all things are working together for my good because I love you and I am called according to your purpose, in Jesus' Name. Amen.
