Praise.
“But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel.”
Psalm 22:3
Praise is the art of celebrating God in words, song, dance accompanied by instruments for what He has done, what He is doing or what you expect Him to do. To praise is to speak highly of someone. When you are praising someone, you speak highly of them. Therefore, when you are praising God, you speak highly of God.
If you want to see God's manifest presence, it is important that you create an atmosphere of praise. This is because God inhabits the praises of His people. So as you cultivate an attitude of praise and gratitude to God this month, you will experience His manifested presence in your life. God makes His abode where there is praise.
Praise is divine invitation. When you praise God you are inviting Him into that environment or that situation. Therefore I encourage you to praise God this season inspite of what may be happening around you because as you praise Him and express your gratitude to Him, He will show Himself strong in that situation and cause you to come out victoriously.
Your praise and your gratitude to God is what determines your altitude in life. If you lift Him, He will lift you. It is time to praise your heavenly Father.
Instruction.
Let the high praises of God be in your mouth.
