“Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.”
Matthew 5:14.
Today I want you to know that as a Christian working in any field, God has put you there to be a light. What is the significance of being a light? Light guides. Light has impact. If you turn off the lights in your house and turn on a little candle, all eyes will be on the candle. This is why you should expect all eyes to be on you wherever you work because you are the light in that environment.
You are a city set on a hill that cannot be hidden because you have been positioned by God to influence others right where you are. Now that you know you are light, I encourage you to position yourself in a way that will enable you make the most impact. This takes us back to the importance of practicing all you have learnt earlier in this month. They position you for impact.
Jesus said, “Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.” Matthew 4:14-16.

Please read 1 Chronicles 29:25 and 2 Chronicles 1:1 and ask God to magnify you exceedingly and take you to new levels you have never been before.
