Sunday, July 3rd Access grace. “Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord” 2 Peter 1:2 Grace is multiplied to you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord. What is grace? Grace means unmerited favour. It also means divine ability or divine empowerment. In 2 Corinthians 12:9 the Lord said, “…My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness…” This means that when grace is sufficient towards you it means it is enough. It also means it will put you over and it will ward off any challenge that comes your way. Therefore, grace-conscious people live in victory. One of the reasons God's people fail is because of their consciousness in their own ability and their own strength rather than on God's grace. Grace is God's ability at your disposal because of Christ. Grace is also God's riches at Christ's expense. Therefore, if you are having any challenge right now or you are experiencing any form of weakness, I want you to know that God's power finds perfect expression in us when we are weak. In other words, grace works better when we are depending on God. So, if you want to begin to experience favour the way you should, become more grace-conscious rather than depending on your natural ability, human connection and intelligence. Prayer. Dear Father, I acknowledge that without you I can do nothing. I receive grace to be, do and have all that you have ordained for me to be, do and have, in Jesus' Name. Amen. For further study, read: 1 Corinthians 15:10, 2 Corinthians 12:10, Hebrews 4:16. Doing the Word Thank the Lord for giving you more grace for very area of need.
