Growth Check 2

“We are bound to thank God always for you,
brethren, as it is fitting, because your faith grows
exceedingly, and the love of every one of you all

abounds toward each other,”
2 Thessalonians 1:3 (NKJV)

In continuation of what we started yesterday,
the fourth evidence that makes you know that you are

growing spiritually is greater faith and
confidence in God's Word. When you are growing
spiritually, your convictions will be rooted in the
Word of God and there will be a boost in your faith
and confidence.

The fifth evidence you can use to assess your
spiritual growth is greater patience. Patience is one
of the sure signs of spiritual growth and maturity
in Christ. Hebrews 10:36 says, “For ye have need of
patience, that, after ye have done the will of God,
ye might receive the promise.”

The sixth evidence of spiritual growth is an
increase in knowledge. The more you grow the
more revelation knowledge of the Word of God
you will possess. 2 Peter 3:18 (NKJV) says, “But
grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and
Savior Jesus Christ. To Him be the glory both now
and forever. Amen.”

Instruction.

Please read 1 Corinthians 12:7-8 and ask God to
manifest the revelation gifts of word of
wisdom, word of knowledge and discerning of
spirits through your life.

For further study, read:

Ephesians 1:15, Philemon 1:5-6, James 1:2-4.

Doing the Word.

Assess your spiritual growth by examining the
measure of your faith, patience and knowledge
of God's Word that you possess.
