Kingdom conduct 1

“For this ye know of a surety, that no fornicator, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, hath any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and God.”
Ephesians 5:5(ASV)

Our opening scripture lets us know that you cannot live like the world and expect to be a partaker of the inheritance in the kingdom of God. This is why it is important for you to know how to conduct yourself as a child of the kingdom, so that you will not be deceived by any wrong teaching or that which the Bible calls the doctrine of Balaam, of which the Lord Jesus spoke about in Revelation 2:14 saying, “But I have a few things against thee, because thou hast there them that hold the doctrine of Balaam, who taught Balac to cast a stumblingblock before the children of Israel, to eat things sacrificed unto idols, and to commit fornication.”

The Bible says in Ephesians 5:3 saying, “But fornication, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not be once named among you, as becometh saints;” He tells us why in Ephesians 5:6 saying, “Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience. Be not ye therefore partakers with them. ”

This shows us that if you are born again and you continue to live like the world and engage in these things, you will reap what happens to the disobedient because of your lifestyle.

The Bible says in Galatians 6:7-8, “Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.” Therefore I encourage you child of God, sow to the Spirit and uphold kingdom conduct and your whole being will be flooded with life.
