Redeemed from the curse

Redeemed from the curse.
“Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:”
Galatians 3:13

If you are a Christian, I want you to know that Christ has redeemed you from the curse of the law. Remember that to redeem means to deliver by paying a price. This means that Christ has delivered you from the curse of the law.

There is no curse that can rest on your life as a result of your past as a Christian, if only you would understand that Jesus Christ was made a curse for you when He hung on the cross. Every curse because of your sins was nullified on the cross by Jesus.

Why did He do this for you? The Bible shows us in Galatians 3:14, “That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.” This means that the day you exercised faith in Jesus Christ, you tapped into the blessing of Abraham. Now, that you know the truth, you can boldly declare that you are blessed.

Galatians 3:26-29 say, “For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus. For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.”

Confession.
In the Name of Jesus, I declare that I am a child of God by my faith in Christ Jesus. I have been baptized into Christ, therefore, I have put on Christ, and because I belong to Christ, I am completely redeemed from the curse and the blessing of Abraham rests upon me. Amen.

For further study, read:
Romans 4:13-16; Galatians 3:6-9; 1 Peter 3:9.

Doing the Word:
Meditate on Genesis 12:2-3 because that is the blessing upon you.
