Ignorance is deadlier than satan

“My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children”. 

Hosea 4:6 (KJV)

From our opening scripture, we see that as children of God it will be too costly for us to walk in the path of ignorance. To walk in ignorance is to choose to suffer destruction and defeat in your life. When you are ignorant or you lack knowledge, you can be in a land filled with prosperity and still suffer lack and poverty.

For instance, for thousands of years before the coming of the white man to Africa,
Africans were here and crude oil was here and they didn't know. Then those that lived around the riverine areas were just fishermen. That was all they were because that was all they knew. But the oil was there but they lacked the knowledge of how to maximize what they had. As a result of their lack of ignorance, they became easy prey for the whites who came with superior knowledge to take advantage of what they had.
This is why Dr, Mike Murdock said ignorance is deadlier than satan. This is because ignorance would cost you more than anything else. I remember when diamond was discovered, one of the researchers said to his friend that he won't be able to find diamonds in Africa. But he replied and said we can. So he came to Africa where he saw some boys playing with diamonds, he then went to their mother who did not even know the value of what her children were playing with and said to her; “can I collect the diamond and pay for it”?

The woman who was ignorant of what a diamond was, told him to take it saying it is just a stone.
So determine in your heart today that you would go for knowledge and come out of every form of ignorance in your life. Because with knowledge you will govern satan.

Father I pray that you will grant unto me the Spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of you. In Jesus Name. Amen.

Determine in your heart to go for knowledge that would enhance you so you can grow out of your present capacity.
