I shared with you on the first of this month that one of my callings is to help men find God, follow Him (which we dealt with yesterday) and fulfill His plan and purpose for their lives. Following this order will help you fulfill your divine destiny - Find God (salvation) – Follow Him (modelling Jesus) – and Fulfill His plan and purpose for your life (Destiny).
God is a God of order and process. That is why it is impossible for you to finish a building without first laying the foundation. Finding Jesus is the foundation, because until a man finds Jesus, His life is empty. There are people who are going to churches trying to prosper or to seek miracles. One thing you must know is that, when you have Jesus, you will prosper and you will be in health.
The Bible reveals to us in Ephesians 1:3 (NKJV), “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ” This means that when you come to Christ you were blessed with prosperity and wealth. Amen.
2 Corinthians 8:9 (NKJV) says, “For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, that you through His poverty might become rich.”
Therefore if you are going to fulfill divine destiny, I want you to know that everything you need to fulfill divine destiny is all in Christ.
