Praying the will of God

Monday, March 28th
Praying the will of God.

“Cease not to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers; That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him: The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,”
Ephesians 1:16-18

Our opening scripture is one prayer Paul prayed for the Ephesian Church that you must pray for yourself consistently because there are believers that have the eyes of their understanding darkened so they find it difficult to understand the Word of God and to receive revelation in the knowledge of God. That is why I encourage you to pray Ephesians 1:17 for yourself consistently so that the eyes of your understanding will be enlightened to know the hope of His calling, and the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints.

Another important prayer for you to pray consistently that will help you to walk in wisdom and in the revelation of God is Colossians 1:9-11, “For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding; That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God; Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness;”

Praying these prayers will keep you in step with God walking in the light and in God's perfect will for your life.
