A Blessed Life

“And Abraham was old, and well stricken in age:
and the Lord had blessed Abraham in all things.”
Genesis 24:1

The word Blessing means to be empowered to
prosper. It is the divine empowerment for prosperity.
So to be blessed means you are empowered to prosper.
Remember that to prosper is to push forward, therefore
any form of progress is prosperity.

God wants you to have and enjoy life according to
John 10:10 (AMP), “The thief comes only in order to
steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may
have and enjoy life, and have it in abundance (to
the full, till it overflows).”

John 10:10 (NLT) says, “The thief's purpose is to
steal and kill and destroy. My purpose is to give
them a rich and satisfying life.” God wants you to
have a rich and satisfying life. He wants you to be
fulfilled in every area of your life not just
financially.

There is more to prosperity than money. There are
people who have a lot of money but have a terrible
marriage. There are people who have a lot of
money but die young. That is not prosperity. The
Bible says in Psalm 91:16, “With long life will I
satisfy him, and shew him my salvation.” True
prosperity is enjoying increase and progress in
every area of your life.

Instruction.
Please read Proverbs 3:16 and Proverbs 8:18, 21
and ask the Father to give you wisdom for long
life and prosperity.

For further study, read:
Psalm 23:1-6, Psalm 103:1-5, 1 Timothy 6:17.

Doing the Word
Give the Lord thanks for giving you wisdom for
long life and prosperity.
