Enforce God's will 1

“After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.” Matthew 6:9-10.

One of the amazing impacts of prayer is the enforcement of God's will on earth.

God ordained for the Christian experience to be a foretaste of heaven. This is because the Bible says in 2 Corinthians 5:5 (MSG), “The Spirit of God whets our appetite by giving us a taste of what's ahead. He puts a little of heaven in our hearts so that we'll never settle for less.”

If you are not having a foretaste of heaven in your Christian experience, you are living beneath your inheritance.

This is why we must pray to enforce the will of God on earth and even in our lives. So whatever is not in heaven, through prayer we are able to disallow them from happening in our lives.

For instance, sickness is not in heaven, poverty is not in heaven; in fact the Bible lets us know that the streets of heaven are made of gold. Therefore if you are suffering lack, you are not enjoying a foretaste of heaven. So the next time you pray, pray with confidence in line with the Word of God, rejecting whatever is not of God and enforcing that God's will is established in your life.

Instruction.
Please read Colossians 4:12 and ask that God will cause you to stand perfect and complete in all the will of God for your life.
