Credibility 1

If you are going to be successful as a leader, you would have to gain credibility. That means people should believe you. Can you be trusted? People cannot follow you unless they trust you.

Therefore, how do you gain credibility? One of the ways you can gain credibility as a leader is by developing your character. It is so important you realize that character breeds respect. That is why when you study the Bible, you will notice that whenever leaders are being sought, one of the first things that is looked for in those who are considered for leadership is character.

As you work on developing your character, pray that the love of God will soak your heart. Let love guide all that you do because love attracts people. The Lord also taught me many years ago that love attracts angels. He said to me, “You know I am love, angels love to be around me. So, if you walk in love you will always have angelic activities around you.” To validate this insight, I got from the Lord, I read a book on angels and the author spoke about angels saying that they are drawn to a place where there is love.

Angels are drawn to love. If you are a hater, you will attract demons. James 3:16 says, “For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work.” Demons are drawn to a place where there is hate and strife. Therefore if you are always experiencing nightmares, see to it that you are not harboring hatred, bitterness and strife in your heart because demons are drawn to such.

Prayer.
Dear Father, I ask that you cause my love to abound yet more and more in knowledge and in all judgment; that I may approve things that are excellent; that I may be sincere and without offence till the day of Christ; being filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are by Jesus Christ, unto the glory and praise of God, in Jesus' Name. Amen.
