Called To Lead

“And he saith unto them, Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.”
Matthew 4:19.

Leadership begins with a calling and every Christian is called to lead. Matthew 5:13a says, “Ye are the salt of the earth: …” Salt has influence. Food cooked without salt is tasteless. The value salt adds to food is an example of your value to the world as a Christian. This is why if you don't function according to your divine plan and destiny, you are worthless to the world. Your impact in life will be measured by how much you lived out your purpose.

“Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men.” Matthew 5:13. Here, Jesus was talking to His converts living in Israel, yet He did not just refer to them as the salt of Israel. No. He gave them a global vision; that was what He put in their hearts and minds. This is because God thinks globally, that is why when you capture God's dream for your life, you will begin to think globally.

No matter where you are and what you do, think globally. As you serve in whatever capacity with a global perspective, mindset and attitude, leadership will gravitate towards you.
