No Excuses

“Words kill, words give life; they're either poison or
fruit — you choose.”

Proverbs 18:21 (MSG).

Your words create the circumstances of your
life. The outcomes of your life is decided by your words. If you say you will get there,
you will. If you say you would not get there, you
will not. This is a universal principle.

There are people who refuse to accept this principle,
instead they give excuses. That say that the reason
why they are poor is because they came from poor
families. No, you are not poor because you were
born in a poor family. Statistics show that eighty
percent of the world's richest men are from poor and
average families. This fact debunks that excuse.

Someone else may give an excuse saying that he or
she is poor because they are handicapped. You are
not poor because you are handicapped. Statistics
reveal that seventy-five percent of the world's
greatest leaders are either from poor, impoverished
families or they are handicapped. This fact also
debunks that excuse. Do you know that one of the
men who ruled America was someone who was
handicapped because of polio? His name was
Franklin D. Roosevelt.

I encourage you to stop giving excuses for where
you are today. Take responsibility, renew your
mind to the possibilities you have in Christ and start
talking your way to the top.

Instruction.
Please read Genesis 24:12, Genesis 27:20 (ESV),
Isaiah 60:22 (NIV) and ask God to give you good
speed by His favour throughout this year.
Whatever others struggle to get, may God give
you with ease.

For further study, read:
Genesis 39:1-6, Genesis 39:20-23,

Doing the Word
Meditate on Philippians 4:13, “I can do all things
through Christ which strengtheneth me.”
