“Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice: And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.”
Ephesians 4:31-32(KJV)
From our opening scripture we see that God forgave us for Christ sake, not because we deserved it, He did it for Christ sake. You must learn to forgive others just as God has forgiven you. So, if God has given you forgiveness, you ought to give the same to someone else.
In 1 Peter 3:7 Peter was addressing husbands, and he said, “Likewise, ye husbands, dwell with them according to knowledge, giving honour unto the wife, as unto the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of the grace of life; that your prayers be not hindered.”
Husband the Bible admonishes you to treat your wife with honour. Don't treat you wife like a wet dish rag. In other words, don't treat your wife as someone without value. I want you to know that if you treat your wife better, that heart problem will go.
There is a young man reading this devotional right now, you've got a heart condition and you are beginning to find yourself losing strength, and you are not as strong as you use to be, but if you will start treating your wife better than you are treating her right now, you will find out that you will be healthier.
In fact as you are reading this, you are beginning to feel the power of God because the Lord is healing you right now.
If you are that individual or you have a similar condition, I want you to pray this prayer with me right now, say, “Father, in the Name of Jesus, I forgive my wife of all the offenses that she has committed against me, I let go of them all right now in the Name of Jesus. Devil in the Name of Jesus, I command you to take your hands off my heart, I receive my healing now in Jesus Name, Amen.”
We will like to hear from you so we can rejoice with you. So you can call or text any of the numbers you find either at the beginning or at the last pages of this devotional so we can hear your testimony. God bless you.
