Cast out devils.

Friday, July 29th Cast out devils “And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; …” Mark 16:17 Today I want you to know, according to the Word of God, that every Christian can cast out devils. Jesus said in Matthew 12:28, “But if I cast out devils by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God is come unto you.” Therefore, every time we cast out devils, we are demonstrating the power of the kingdom of God. As a Christian you must understand that the devil has been completely defeated and put under your feet because you are the body of Christ. Ephesians 1:22 says, “And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church,” The Christian is superior to satan. Luke 10:17 says, “And the seventy returned again with joy, saying, Lord, even the devils are subject unto us through thy name.” The word 'subject' in the Greek means 'to be in subjection to in order to hear and obey.' Kenneth Hagin shared a story of how he went to preach in a certain church and he could not really minister effectively, because it was as though his words were bouncing back to him. So he went on a fast. While he was praying inside the church building, God opened his eyes and he saw a demon like a baboon on top of the church building. He rebuked the demon and it fell down. Afterwards, the demon said to him, “I do not want to go but I have to go if you tell me to.” The demons harassing you may not want to go, but they have to go if you tell them to because they are your subjects; they are ranked under you to obey you. Confession. In the Name of Jesus I declare, according to the Word of God in Luke 10:17, that all devils are my subjects; they are ranked under me to obey me. Therefore whenever I cast them out, they obey. Amen. For further study, read: Acts 8:5-7, Acts 16:18, Acts 19:12. Doing the Word If you sense any demonic hindrance or harassment of any kind within your sphere of influence, cast them out. Bible reading for today: John chapters 11-14 and Matthew 20-22.
